Breakfast at Stephanie's

I've spent years getting up at 4 or 5am to go help people exercise. No, try to help people like to exercise. But as my body is breaking down from years of physical abuse, I'm pulling back to spend a little less time on spinal compression and more time in my real estate career. More fattening, but still a people business. Real estate still involves helping clients set personal goals, providing tools to achieve those goals and then find homes to love.

Fitness will always be a huge part of my life. I'll probably be the little old lady in the nursing home teaching Butts & Guts!
One thing I found over the years of getting up before the Crack of Bloody Dawn, is that I'm really happy in the morning. The news of the day hasn't crept into my soul yet and I feel clean and hopeful. I pray and I'm so grateful for the life I have. Even when the economy is crushing my income, the roof needs to be replaced, I miss family or those no longer with us--I have great hope for a better day.
I can rest on the "for sures" in life. The sun will come up today and tomorrow too, even though I don't want to hear that song again.

So this blog is only to share thoughts of hope, stories about people who weren't afraid to make changes in their lives and to provide my never ending list of Happy Stuff.
